With a workforce of nearly 400,000 and a landscape dotted with top-ranked medical facilities, Houston stands as a beacon of innovation and excellence in health care and groundbreaking discoveries. This year's event will explore how business leaders and the health care industry can foster positive change in the Houston community by supporting the mental health of employees and their families.

To gain deeper insights into the current mental health landscape in our business community, we conducted a survey earlier this year to gather valuable insights into the resources and benefits offered by organizations to support the mental well-being of their employees.
