This Council explores how Houston's largest industry continues to lead in this critical sector while also advancing innovation that supports the transition to a more efficient and sustainable, low-carbon future that also accommodates global demand growth. Gavin Dillingham, Vice President of Research, Energy - HARC, and Rachel Meidel, Fellow in Energy and Environment - Baker Institute will discuss the circular economy and its relationship to sustainability.
