President and Chief Executive Officer, TotalEnergies E&P USA, Inc.

With more than 23 years' experience in the energy industry, Ole has held operational, project and commercial leadership roles in Denmark, Singapore and the UK. Currently based in Houston, TX, Ole was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of TotalEnergies E&P USA, Inc. in September 2022.
 
Prior to arriving in the US, Ole was based in Denmark, where from 2019 to 2022 he served as Head of Development, Business & Joint Ventures Management for TotalEnergies. Ole also served as Deputy Chairman for the Board of Energy Cluster Denmark, an energy and technology innovation cluster supporting the country’s energy transition.
 
Having worked for many years in Maersk Oil, in various roles including Operations Director in the UK, Head of Operations in Denmark, and Asset Manager, Ole took an active role in that company’s transition to TotalEnergies (2018).
 
Ole holds a B.S. degree in Marine Engineering from Fredericia School of Marine Engineering, Denmark, as well a Graduate Diploma (HDO) in Business Administration from University of Southern Denmark.
Ole lives in Houston, TX with his wife and two daughters.
