The Greater Houston Partnership welcomed seven new member companies in the month of August. The Partnership works to connect companies with resources, information and networking opportunities to help increase business while also providing a platform to influence the direction of the region.

New members who joined in the month of August include:

Amogy: Amogy provides carbon-free energy solutions to decarbonize sectors such as maritime and heavy industry. They have developed a patented ammonia cracking technology that splits ammonia to generate electricity, which has been successfully demonstrated in various applications, including a drone, a tractor, a semi-truck, and the world’s first ammonia-powered tugboat. The company aims to reduce over 5 billion metric tons of CO₂ emissions by 2040. Website.

Blue Chip Works: Blue Chip Works is a workforce development company focused on upskilling individuals for future jobs and specializes in staffing, recruiting, and providing HR software solutions. Founded as a startup, their mission is to bridge the education-to-employment skills gap by connecting businesses with talent and providing professionals with the necessary skills to succeed. Child Advocates of Fort Bend: Child Advocates of Fort Bend (CAFB) is a non-profit organization that works to strengthen the child’s voice, heal the hurt, and break the cycle of abuse and neglect for children in Fort Bend and surrounding counties in Texas. They provide programs and services, including a CASA Program and a Children’s Advocacy Center.
